Stephen M. Feldman

Stephen M. Feldman is an attorney with more than 39 years of experience and is recognized by Super Lawyers for 15 years. His practice involves taxation, transactional work, estate planning, business planning, and tax planning. He has been a member of the Firm since 1995.

Steve was the editor of the Michigan Tax Lawyer and is a past Chairperson of the State Bar of Michigan Taxation Section. He has lectured before many groups on estate planning, tax planning and IRS controversy work. Steve has been an adjunct professor at the Walsh College. He also has been in “Super Lawyers” for fifteen years.

Steve was admitted to the practice of law in Michigan in 1982. He received his Juris Doctor (with honors) from the University of Detroit School of Law and his Masters of Law in Taxation (LL.M.) from New York University. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan (Member: Business Law Section, Taxation Section; Probate and Trust Law Section and Elder Law Section) and is also a member of the American Bar Association (Member: Tax Section).
